Comprehensive Ecosystem Restoration from the Ground Up
Ground Level offers a unique turn-key service to meet our clients’ ecosystem restoration needs. We serve the needs of our clients from the ground up — from planting the first seedling to removing the last invasive plant. We even provide all plants needed for a project from our own fully stocked native plant nursery. Our skilled and certified team members then provide regular land management services to meet our clients’ ongoing permitting requirements and obligations. We have the staffing, equipment and know-how to complete any restoration project effectively and efficiently. Our clients no longer have to hire two to three contractors to handle all phases of an ecosystem restoration project. Ground Level is one company that can do it all. Aerial Spraying may seem expensive, when actually it can be very cost effective: less laborers, less time, saves money.
Wetland & Upland Restoration
Effective establishment of native plants in re-contoured wetlands and uplands is the key to a successful ecosystem restoration project. Ground Level offers a comprehensive package to streamline this complicated, multi-step process for our clients by providing not only planting services, but also invasive species removal and control. In addition, the plants we use are custom-grown in our native plant nursery.
We tailor each package of services to our clients’ specific needs — whether they want wetland restoration only, upland restoration or a combination of both. We also offer ongoing land management maintenance services, including periodic surveys and re-treatments to keep invasive plants from re-establishing, and regular prescribed burns to restore ecosystem health and promote native plant growth and reproduction.
